La primera vez la habitación que me dieron fue horrible, prácticamente 3x3 metros y con el precio de una matrimonial, la segunda vez ya fue mejor y la tercera también , yo diría que antes de rentar nos dieran un paseo por la habitación, así decidiriamos mejor. Y en cuestión de agua caliente jamás salió jajaja
Lo recomiendo y cada año bamos con la familia el trato es bueno las avitaciones esta vien y el precion muy accesible mi familia en catada de volver sobre todo muy amable el recepciónista de la noche
Buen lugar, por su ubicación los precios son razonables, esta a solo unos pazos de la plaza cívica y la catedral de dolores, puedes encontrar todo muy rápido tiendas, lugares para comer, oficinas de gobierno y hasta el zoológico queda muy cerca del hotel. El ambiente es muy familiar las habitaciones cómodas y cuenta con agua caliente e internet.
El servicio es demasiado bueno, las habitaciones demasiado confortables, las camas son suaves, los baños limpios, todo su personal deja cosas buenas de que hablar, la ubicación,la verdad la encuentro muy céntrica, esta muy cerca del centro y eso es demasiado bueno para un hotel de esta categoria.
Buena ubicación, se descansa muy bien no hay ruido, una tele muy cómoda se podía mover a los lados, y en el baño si funciona para el agua caliente me encantó, lo único malo es que solo hay un ventilador y éramos varias personas, si saliramos con mi familia otra vez de vacaciones nos hopedariamos hay mismo, y lo más fatal que no paso la de los atoles temprano.

El hotel se encuentra en buena ubicación las camas son muy comodas y se pueden dormir tranquila mente sin ningún ruido en el baño esta algo pequeño y al bañarse si ay agua caliente y el Internet funciona vien ojala no suban los precios para la próxima ves que vallamos de vacaciones otra ves y los mas feo que no pude jugar los video juego de enfrente
No nos dieron toalla porque se estaban secando y pues al final me seque con mi playera, ja, de todo lo demás está bien, habitación limpia, amplia y confortable, excelente ubicación.
